The Performance Management Practice we have experienced with peformax and Braxton, as provider, has instilled in our organisation, FNB Baking Channels, Performance Management as a “High Performance Work Practice”. The tool enables 12,000 workers to navigate, manage and track their daily performance against objectives. The organisation has daily access to Performance Information to make relevant business decisions.
Not only is the support centre at Braxton world-class, the following products differentiated this business unit, inside a larger Group of 24,000 workers, to become a business engaged in Performance Management. The unit achieved 78 points in a People Survey for Performance Management, 8 points higher than the Group norm and 12 points higher than the SA Norm of 66%. Products on peformax which helped us achieve this, include the Performance Management Reports on Tracking Contracting and Scoring Results, the YTD scoring achievement of each individual, the analysis on special reports to determine bench strengths and workforce segmentation, the Leadership Survey and the Integrated Personal Development tool (world-class PDP), the Competency and FAIS supportive by-products, together with learning guides to support Human Resources and Line to be competent.
